Enjoying the Glasgow patter, your local tour guide will walk you through the history and culture of Glasgow, visiting many interesting hidden gems off the beaten path. We will also recommend where to go and what to see while in Glasgow. We’re a small family-run business and we want to share these experiences with you. Cancellations
- If you cancel your tour, at least 7 days notice will be required for a full refund. An admin fee of £10 will be charged per ticket on cancellation.
- Between 6 and 3 days inclusive notice, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
- No money will be refunded if 2 days or less notice is given.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, The Glasgow Food and Drink Tour Ltd will refund your booking in the same way you made the payment.
Refunds will only be given on the ticket price, not on any other costs incurred.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
Gift Cards are valid for booking tours for 12 months from the date of purchase, but you don’t have to go on tour within the 12 months, it can be anytime in the future. Just make sure you get the tour booked within 12 months of purchase.
